I think the hands need to be more dramatic. The angel is not sure on what side to be on. The demon hands should be reachong grabbing onto him. I also think there needs to be more than 5. It's not intimating yet.
There should be someone in heaven reaching out to him. Let there still be hope. He needs to make the decision on his own but the Angels want him back.
lastly we cannot see the distort in his face. If you do this pic again try doing it when he is facing center and his face should be closer maybe do a side panel with the distort on his face.
